At Euphorher, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days for all products that remain unused and in their original packaging. Before initiating the returns process, we will request a photo of the product.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide details of the issue, including a photo of the packaging clearly showing the tracking number, and a photo of the received product. Our Online Returns Department will assess your concerns and offer options for returning the defective products for a replacement or gift card. We will gladly send a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, free of charge, if the merchandise is available.

WHY ARE EUPHORHER PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?
Euphorher products are considered hygienic items. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not accept returns of opened or used items to ensure the safety of all our customers.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure delivery, as Euphorher will not be liable for lost returns.

Note: Please mark the package as "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to avoid any additional charges; otherwise, the package may be returned to you.

MAY I RETURN MY EUPHORHER PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR OBTAINING AN RMA?
Prior contact is necessary before sending your return, as the return address may differ from the original shipment address. Additionally, obtaining an RMA helps track your returned product and speeds up the refund process. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURNS?
Track your return/exchange using the carrier's provided information to ensure delivery to Euphorher. Once we receive your package and process the refund, we will send a return confirmation email. You can also check the status of your return or exchange in your online order history.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive, inspect, and confirm that the returned hair extensions were not opened. After sending the package back, all customers must contact us and provide tracking information for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, but it may take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement before contacting us. For further assistance, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

WILL I BE REFUNDED MY EXPRESS SHIPPING COST?
No. While we offer free standard shipping for all orders, any express shipping costs will not be refunded.
